The PROBLEM:       

Trying to reach the 1 million youth in Medellín...there are less than 5 youth pastors (full-time or part-time)

Possible SOLUTIONS:    

a. Wait for more missionaries to come from other countries?

     (It would be great....but it's not happening fast enough)

b.  Wait for the churches here to grow financially, being able to meet that need...

     (I believe that will happen some day....but it's a slow process)

                             or          

c. Send our already trained leaders into other churches to raise up a leadership team for them!!
