The following is offered for you to use as the Lord leads you. I am a layman, not a theologian or ordained minister. I'm just a man that loves the Lord. These articles come from my heart and have not been reviewed or approved by any organization. The Lord has given me a burden for Men's Ministry. Believe me brother, the Lord finally got my attention! Having "been there and done that", I feel an urgent desire to help men avoid going where I have been. No matter what you have done (or are doing), I am living proof that God still loves us and is reaching out with both arms to bring you close to Him where you belong. Further, I now know beyond any doubt that God is not trying to take away any fun in our lives.

Right Click and "Save Target As" to download When I have the opportunity to speak to a group of Christian men, I always get asked for some down to earth projects that Christian men can do (as if I have the "answers"). All too often, the "projects" that Christian men come up with are nothing more than some kind of labor at the church. While there is nothing wrong with doing work at the church, I fail to see how it is a ministry as outlined in the Great Commission. I have included this article not as a "recipe" for you or your group, but as a catalyst to get you thinking. Some of the content is local to where I live. Take a look and see if any ideas make sense for your group.

You feel guilty for not preparing sooner. You think you don't have anything worthwhile to say. I've been there. You are welcome to use this talk that I use. No, I don't think it's great, but God is. Check it out and see if there is anything that you might can use. Just one catch. Promise that you will repent to the Lord for not being prepared and ask HIM to prepare the hearts of the men you are speaking to.
