We need another stainless steel tilt pan for our P/SJ Disaster Relief unit. It was designed for two and at the time the unit was put in service we could only afford one. After working on the unit for 3 1/2 days myself, I see the NEED for the second one. when you have to cook 7,500 to 9,500 meals a day, the second tilt pan would save hours of time! I will try to post some pictures of the tilt pan. They cost aprox 20,000 dollars. We have already raised a little over $600 in two days. If 2,000 people would give just $10, we would have it, or if a 200 churches would give a $100, we would have it! Please send any contributions to the BCP/SJ, 4620 Fritchey Street, Harrisburg, PA 17109-2895. Put DR Tilt Pan on the memo line of any checks. We have cooked over 61,640 meals in a little over a week in the Hazleton, Wilkes-Barre area. Another tilt pan will make the next deployment much easier in turning out so much food! Each tilt pan can cook aprox 950 servings at a time for 4 oz servings, and 750 servings a time for 6 oz servings

As of 11/08/11 we have had $3338 donated that I know of, we only need 1676 more folks to give $10, or 167 churches to give $100, will you help?
