We are all sinners.
Romans 3;23 "For all have sinned and come short of the glory of
God."
Christ
died for us: Romans
5:8 "But God commendeth His love toward us. in that, while we were
yet sinners, Christ died for us." [Commendeth means
proved, or demonstrated]
Upon
acceptance of Christ we are cleansed: Isaiah
1: 18 "Come now and let us reason together, saith the Lord: though
your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be
red like crimson, they shall be as wool."
This happens
when we call on the Lord. Romans 10:13 "whosover shall call on the
name of the Lord, shall be saved.
We need
to grow; 2nd
Timothy 2:15 " Study to show theyself approved unto God, a workman
that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth."
We will
be with Jesus: John14:2-3
"In my Father's house there are many mansions: if it were not so, I
would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and
prepare a place for you, I will come again. and receive you to Myself;
that where I am, you may be also."
Black-
Represents sin and death.
Red-
Represents Christ's blood shed for our sin
White-
Represents the forgiveness we receive when we ask Jesus to save us.
Green-
Represents our need to grow in our knowledge of God's will for us.
Blue-
Represents our future in heaven with Jesus.
