Buckets of Hope NEED to be in by March 10, 2010. Please check the map page for your county and nearest church. If we have no church in your area, contact 814 695- 6101 for help on getting your bucket(s) picked up.

Please Note: If you can not find 2lb bags of dried black beans then 4- 1lb bags will work. Also, you can use dried red beans if black beans are not available. Please wrap the bottle of oil in a 2-gallon Ziplock bag in case of breakage. The rice goes in first, then the oil, on either side of the oil is where the sugar, and the peanut butter go, then the 2 boxes of spaghetti, followed by the beans and then the flour. Place the lid on and tape an envelope with $10 for shipping to Haiti. Approx cost of one bucket, plus shipping is $42-45.

New Life in Christ

This is the most important  information we can share with you.

We are all sinners. Romans 3;23 "For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God."

Christ died for us: Romans 5:8 "But God commendeth His love toward us. in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ   died for us." [Commendeth means proved, or demonstrated]

Upon acceptance of Christ we are cleansed: Isaiah 1: 18 "Come now and let us reason together, saith the Lord: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool."

This happens when we call on the Lord. Romans 10:13 "whosover shall call on the name of the Lord, shall be saved.

We need to grow; 2nd Timothy 2:15 " Study to show theyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth."

We will be with Jesus: John14:2-3 "In my Father's house there are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again. and receive you to Myself; that where I am, you may be also."

Black- Represents sin and death.

Red- Represents Christ's blood shed for our sin

White- Represents the forgiveness we receive when we ask Jesus to save us.

Green- Represents our need to grow in our knowledge of God's will for us.

Blue- Represents our future in heaven with Jesus.
