Prayer Requests

+ Thank you so much for praying for the women’s event in Trujillo! There were approximately 150 women present! It was a great time of fellowship and sharing together. Continue to pray for everyone to grow in their daily relationship with the Lord and that they would be greatly encouraged.

+God is opening doors through sports, English classes, and relationships with neighbors and friends!

+A new Bible study has been started in Trujillo. One of the persons who is a part of the study is a believer who was recently baptized! Pray that all involved in the Bible study, Experiencing God, would truly experience His presence and have the courage to share with those around them.

+Next Thursday (November 19) Chris will be facilitating a Christian Writer’s workshop through the Council of Evangelical Churches in Extremadura. Not only is this a great opportunity for Christian writers in our area, it is being led by one of the Smith’s former landlords who is the editor of one of the region wide newspapers in Extremadura! It is an amazing opportunity for everyone! Please pray that it will go well and that the Smith’s former landlord will be drawn one step closer to the Author of Life!

+It has been a while since we have had visitors on Sunday in Cáceres (other than family and team!). Please pray that we would have wisdom to know how to best use our time of Sunday worship and that in due time God would bring forth a multitude of churches throughout all of Europe! Nothing is impossible for God!

+Thanksgiving, while not celebrated here, gives us a great opportunity to have friends over. Pray that as we celebrate, those around us would come one step closer to the One we Celebrate and give thanks to!

+Please continue to pray for Cathie as well. She continues to have ongoing health concerns.
