Ongoing Research

     Over the past year or so, we realized that research needed to be done in our area of responsibility to see exactly where church planting efforts should be focused.  We invited a team of college students down for 6 weeks to assist us in this research project.  This team did a fantastic job and was able to help us considerably in the area of research and encouraging existing evangelical churches in the area.  However, the more research they did, the more we began to realize that it was a bigger project than we first thought.  Therefore, we are now looking at ways to advance in this research project so that we can make wise decisions concerning the work here.  Please pray for us as we continue to research this area.  Please pray also for safety as we travel into new places seeking information that will help us in this project.  Finally, pray that God will ultimately get the glory for all that we do in this place!

     Stateside Assignment

     Several of the families on our team are, or will soon be, on their stateside assignments in the US.  We would like to ask that you pray for these families as they adjust back to life in the US.  Please also pray for those that are in the process of transitioning back to the US, or will be in the upcoming months.  It is always a blessing to have a few months in the US to visit with families and share with churches about our work, but it is also stressful to leave a work behind for several months.  We all know that this work is the Lord's, and so please pray for the nationals that are left to continue in the work.  Pray that they will be faithful to the Lord, faithful to the work, and that they will apply what they have been taught for the past several months or years.
