OPERATION HARVEST CALL
February 18, 2005
All the
nations - and you made each one - will come and bow before
you, Lord;
they will
praise your great and holy name.

PRAISES:
May the day come soon when all the nations will bow
before God. May many Guatemalans be directly involved in
leading nations to Him!
Adolfo, director of AMIGUA, was robbed at gunpoint at
his shop last Saturday. We praise the Lord that he, nor his
brother, were physically harmed, and ask you to pray for his
continued safety.
REQUESTS:
North Africa:
Continue to make Abraham and
Sarah a priority in your prayers. Pray that they
will know God's perfect will for them and be obedient,
whatever the cost.
We continue to trust God that all the
necessary paperwork will be completed for Adolfo and Julio to
travel (hopefully next week) to North Africa. Pray that visas
can be secured and good fares can be found for the trip to
become reality.
Chiantla:
Pray for Elfrid's father. The family was
called in last week because death seemed near.
Mexico:
Pray that Sheny
will be bold and walk in faith and obedience as she faces
opposition from other so-called "christian" groups who are
working in the same communities.
AMIGUA:
The challenge continues with the
project "500 Giving One Daily" - During the
month of March we are challenging our churches and trusting
God for 500 believers who will give one quetzal (13 cents)
each day during the month of March. Our goal is Q15,000
($1974).
March has also been designated as the
"National Month of Prayer for Missions".
Join us in praying that our people will become more aware of
lostness in the world and their responsibility in responding
to these needs....and take action to get involved!
Please continue to pray that
Janet will use her time wisely as she works under
much stress to meet deadlines in the coming weeks.
Please pray for
an exploratory trip to Esquipulas. We have not been able to
coordinate the trip among five different people yet. Ask God
to make His will clear.
TIMOTHY TEAM - T4T (Training
for Trainers):
Pray for wisdom and discernment for
Ron & Margie (and other Timothy Team members) to know
where their time can best be invested.
