This is the Adult Sunday School Department at Barrancos.
At Barrancos, if one has a thought or question, there is time for
standing up and sharing your testimony or comments about the lesson. Sunday School
is a great place to hash out your doubts and concerns. Pray that these adults will
one day be able to teach and lead in Sunday School classes.
The Sunday School lesson is taken from the Bible. Leonard taught
the class to the Adults on this particular day. To learn to use the Bible as the guide to
faith and practice is a vital aspect in the life of any believer and/or church.
Pray that these people will learn how to rightly divide the Word of Truth and that they
will continue to do so.
With Scripture posted on every door in the House Church and posted on
several places along the walls as well, the congregation is forever reminded that: All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for
doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: that the man of
God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.
II Timothy 3:16-17. Leonard addressed this issue on this day and reminded all adults
that God's Word is complete and we need no other revelation in order to know God, his
will, and the life He would have us live.
