How Great it would be if everyday was like this !
Baptisms can often be in the rivers or they could be held in the
formal settings of traditional church buildings.  Either way, people
are identified with Christ as obedience to the Great Comission becomes personal.

Help with construction projects.  Many times the nationals are capable and willing to do a lot of their own repairs if someone will help them along the way.  And, to loan them the tools to do the job with is worth a lot also.

To open up the "Missionary Home" to nationals is a ministry to others in itself.  Many times pastors and church leaders need a place to go to and someone with whom they can talk.  Privacy is a hard thing to secure in Mexico where the population is dense, houses are small, and families are large. A Missionary can use the home as a great tool for ministry to others.

The Missionary Van

The city of Culiacan is large.  Most of the people, to whom ministry is targeted, do not have a vehicle.  Many times the missionary uses the personal vehicle to help out with ministries that require travel: hospital visits, emergency trips to deliver medicine, helping others by giving a ride to a conference or camp.  Also, Volunteers from the States often depend upon the missionary to run errands on their behalf.  The personal vehicle is a key tool in ministering to others.
