MAC Camp Registration Forms
(See instructions below to download registration forms.)

R1C1 Click Here to Download a MAC Camp Registration Form
for Lake Yale (June 14-18) and Blue Springs (July 12-16).

Note: If you're interested in becoming a MAC Man during camp you will
need to go to the "Staff Application Forms" page and download the "MAC Man
Application" and fill out completely. Include it in with the MAC Camp registration
form(s) and application fee(s) when they're mailed.

Please Note: Registration forms are not accepted via E-Mail.

If you are 17 years or older and are interested working as "Staff" at the MAC Camps
during the summer contact Paul Elwing at his e-mail address. (macchoochoo@isp.com)
An application can downloaded by going to the "Staff Application Forms" page.


Downloading instructions for registration forms:

1. Select the link for the desired registration form

2. Go to the top left corner of your browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, ect.) and click on "File"

3. Select in the drop down box "Save Page As"

4. To the right of the "Save Page in" box click on the down arrow and scroll up or down and find and select "Desktop", any storage devise, or area you may have to store the registration forms into

5. Then go to the bottom right corner of the big box you're in and click the "Save" button and the registration form will save where you selected it to go.
